What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through this website, by WhatsApp, by email or by phone, we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address if you supply one, and the consignment details needed to quote and move your load.
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not collect payment information.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to quote your load, arrange the truck, and stay in touch with you about that consignment. We may contact you afterwards about a related booking.
Who we share it with
Consignment details are shared with the driver and vehicle owner carrying your load, because they need them to do the job. Where insurance is arranged at your request, the relevant details go to the insurer. We do not sell contact details to anyone, and we do not pass them to other transporters for marketing.
The enquiry form
Submitting the enquiry form does two things: it opens WhatsApp with your details written into a message, and it emails the same details to our office so we can respond even if the WhatsApp message isn't sent. The website uses your submission only to send that email — it is not stored in a database on this site. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to any message you send through WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
Consignment records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Enquiries that do not turn into bookings are not retained beyond ordinary business correspondence.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log the request in the ordinary course of serving the file.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete your contact details at any time by writing to kutchking@gmail.com or calling +91 98251 05756. We will act on it, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
